Movement Is Life!

To get the most out of life, it’s important to stay active. We express ourselves with every movement and gesture. When limited by pain, stiffness, or instability we may need help to return to our normal activities.

Assessing movement patterns in the spine and extremities can provide information about soft tissues and joint function and can be helpful in creating a clear diagnosis. During treatment, persistent, controlled movement has been shown to calm the nervous system and reduce muscle spasm from overuse or scar tissue due to injuries.

Treatment includes soft tissue mobilization to reduce pain and inflammation, manual therapy of the affected joints to restore normal movement patterns, craniosacral therapy to relieve headaches and jaw tension, gentle adjusting techniques to improve range of motion, and stretching and strengthening to stabilize, improve tone, and reduce reinjury.

The team approach at Wright Chiropractic and Natural Health, with chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, and counseling, helps you feel better quickly. Relief, recovery, resilience!
